Many have chronic diseases with specific disabilities that impose catastrophic consequences.  Unaddressed, all of them are likely to become progressively worse as we age. Nothing is impossible. Rock Steady Boxing  “Fighting Back Against Parkinson’s” This is a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum to improve PD symptoms.
